Oxford, England: Milton Park has revealed the start of a major enhancement programme.

The Milton Park courtesy buses are now re-liveried with a new logo, new colours and a new slogan, plus new signs now very clearly define the entrance to the park.

Andrew Barlow, Commercial Director at Milton Park said: "Milton Park is a prestigious and sought after location for business, particularly in the technology, science and innovation sectors.  This was confirmed through customer feedback and a comprehensive research project conducted earlier this year. The research identified the specific strengths of Milton Park and has helped develop a plan for enhancing the environment to benefit existing and future customers.

Today sees the first physical demonstration that Milton Park is evolving into a new phase. Our new logo and slogan have been created to more accurately reflect the values of the Milton Park. We are proud that, with the support of the onsite team here at Milton Park, this is a place where any business can grow, succeed and belong."

As well as new branding and signage, Milton Park is embarking on a phased enhancement of their facilities, environment and buildings. Milton North is the first in a series of developments which will create an even broader portfolio of buildings. These are ready to be customised to a company's specific requirements. Building 119 will offer units from 1,400sq ft – 1,500sq ft and larger businesses will be offered units ranging from 2,500sq ft – 2,890sq ft, within building 120. Both buildings have electric loading doors, allocated yard and parking, plus business rates relief within the Enterprise Zone.

Andrew continues: "This is the first site we have offered as part of the Enterprise Zone and shows our strong commitment to creating the best environment for successful companies looking to succeed and grow. We already have one of the best science and technology locations in Europe and these initiatives will allow Milton Park to compete globally."
