Inderes and HK Investment / IRGL Agree to End Cooperation Agreement

Helsinki / Stockholm – 11 May 2026

Inderes and HK Investment, including its affiliated entities FH Ranking, FH Award, www.fh.finance and IR Global League (IRGL), www.irgl.info  have mutually agreed to end their cooperation agreement ahead of schedule.

The original five-year agreement was established following Inderes’ acquisition of Financial Hearings from HK Investment in November 2022 and was initially set to continue until November 2027. By mutual agreement, the cooperation will now conclude in May 2026.

The decision reflects both parties’ ambition to strengthen clarity, neutrality, and focus within their respective roles in the financial market ecosystem.

Going forward, IR Global League (IRGL) will continue to develop independently as a neutral financial market coordination and scheduling platform serving listed companies, Investor Relations teams, analysts, and market participants across the Nordic and European markets.

IRGL provides independent coordination, monitoring, and scheduling tools designed to help companies improve visibility and reduce conflicts between financial events such as:

  • AGMs,
  • earnings presentations,
  • webcasts and telco events,
  • and Capital Markets Days.

IRGL does not organize or produce financial events directly.

This transition allows IRGL to continue developing as an independent market coordination platform with long-term focus and transparency.”

“We believe this is a natural and constructive step for both parties. Inderes remains focused on its core event and communication activities, while IRGL continues to develop independently within financial market coordination and scheduling.”

Under the revised structure:

  • FH Ranking and FH Award www.fh.finance will continue as independent brands under HK Investment;
  • IRGL www.irgl.info will continue to develop its market coordination and “Financial Airtime” services independently;
  • Inderes event customers will continue to have access to IRGL’s digital tools through the transition period ending 2027;
  • both parties will cooperate to ensure a smooth and responsible separation of systems and operational structures.

The transition is designed to ensure continuity, neutrality, and uninterrupted service for clients and market participants.
