Annual report and corporate governance statement 2010 of HKScan Corporation have been published

HKScan Corporation’s 2010 annual report has been published in Finnish and English. English translation may be downloaded in PDF format from the company’s website at www.hkscan.com > Investor information > Annual and interim reports.

Along the annual report the company’s Board of Directors has prepared a corporate governance statement for 2010. The statement is also available on the company’s website.
