ARRANGEMENTS FOR COOPERATION IN SOKOLÓW OF POLAND ARE PROGRESSING
Cooperation between HK Ruokatalo and Danish Crown is progressing as
planned in Poland. HK Ruokatalo Oyj has transferred its 30.10 per
cent shareholding in Sokolów S.A. of Poland to Saturn Nordic Holding
AB, which is under common ownership by HK Ruokatalo of Finland and
Danish Crown of Denmark.
The shares were transferred once the envisaged cooperation was
approved by the Polish authorities and the European Commission.

Subsequent to the share transfer, Saturn Nordic Holding AB owns a
total of 52,745,231 shares in Sokolów, a company quoted in the Warsaw
stock exchange, which shares represent 52.64 % of all the shares in
Sokolow.


CONFIRMATION OF THE CHANGE IN THE COMPANY’S OWNERSHIP

Pursuant to Chapter 2, Section 9 of the Securities Market Act, we
announce HK Ruokatalo Oyj has received confirmation of the following
conditional change in the company’s ownership reported on 6 August
2004.

LRF Re AG’s holding in HK Ruokatalo Oyj’s share capital has fallen
below one tenth (1/10) as a result of completion of the agreed share
transaction of 5 August 2004.

capital has exceeded one tenth (1/10) as a result of
completion of the agreed share transaction of 5 August 2004.


Holdings by Danish Crown are now as follows:

HK Ruokatalo Oyj’s share capital comprises a total of

(series A Shares each convey one vote, series K Shares each
convey 20 votes).
