CHANGES TO HK RUOKATALO’S MANAGEMENT TEAM IN FINLAND

Reijo Kiskola, executive vice president of HK Ruokatalo’s poultry
business, is to take up the position of managing director of
Hämeenlinnan Osuusmeijeri dairy at the start of next year. He will
remain in his present job with HK Ruokatalo until 30 September
2006.

Kiskola will be replaced by Jari Leija, HK Ruokatalo’s current
logistics director, who has been appointed executive vice
president of HK Ruokatalo’s poultry business and a member of the
Management Team effective 1 October 2006.

Jari Leija has earlier served HK Ruokatalo as production director
of Finnish operations, manager and logistics manager of the Vantaa
factory.
