ESA MÄKI TO LEAD HK RUOKATALO'S POULTRY INDUSTRY

HK Ruokatalo Group is to appoint Esa Mäki as director of Group's
poultry industry. Mr Mäki, MSc (Agriculture and Forestry), will also
become a member of Corporate Management Committee as well as Managing
Director of Broilertalo Oy, HK Ruokatalo's subsidiary. The appointment
becomes effective at 1 November 2003.

Esa Mäki has been several years in the meat branch; as director of
meat industries division of Atria Oyj and recently as director of
material flow control and supporting activities.
