FINANCIAL INFORMATION YEAR 2004

HK Ruokatalo Oyj will publish three interim reports during year 2004.
The January-March report will be published on 3 May 2004, the January-
June report on 11 August 2004 and the January-September report on 27
October 2004.

The financial statement bulletin for 2003 will be published on 25
February 2004. The Annual General Meeting will be held on 22 April
2004 in Turku.
