FINANCIAL INFORMATION YEAR 2005

HK Ruokatalo Oyj will publish three interim reports during year 2005.
The January-March report will be published on 2 May 2005, the January-
June report on 15 August 2005 and the January-September report on 21
October 2005.

The financial statement bulletin for 2004 will be published on 24
February 2005. The Annual General Meeting will be held on 12 April
2005.
