FINANCIAL INFORMATION YEAR 2006

HK Ruokatalo Group Oyj will publish three interim reports during year
2006. The January-March report will be published on 28 April 2006, the
January-June report on 7 August 2006 and the January-September report
on 8 November 2006.

The financial statement bulletin for 2005 will be published on 24
February 2006. The Annual General Meeting will be held on 21 April
2006.


INSIDER HOLDING REGULATION

HK Ruokatalo Group Oyj is to comply with the new regulations of the
Helsinki Stock Exchange on insider holdings from 1 January 2006. The
insiders are allowed to trade within 30 days after publication of
interim reports and financial statement bulletin.
