GOOD GROWTH PROSPECTS FOR SOKOLÓW

Saturn Nordic Holding AB, the joint venture owned by HK Ruokatalo
Group and Danish Crown, strengthens its position in Poland. Saturn
Nordic Holding has increased its holding in Sokolów, Poland's leading
meat production and processing company, to 82.54 per cent from
previous 80.38 per cent.

Guided by its Finnish-Danish owners, good progress has been made with
Sokolów's operations. The company's first half year of 2005 went
better than planned.

Sokolów is the second largest meat production and processing company
in Eastern Europe, including Russia. Cooperation between HK Ruokatalo
and Danish Crown has worked well in the ownership of Sokolów, with
each company complementing the expertise of the other in focus areas.
