HKScan’s Annual Report for 2020 published 

HKScan Corporation’s Annual Report for 2020 has been published and is now available in English at https://www.hkscan.com/en/annualreport2020 and in Finnish at https://www.hkscan.com/fi/vuosikertomus2020.

The Annual Report includes the company’s Corporate Responsibility Report. The Annual Report also includes The Report of the Board of Directors, Financial Statement, Corporate Governance Statement and Remuneration Report, which were published with a separate stock exchange release on 8 March 2021. 

In addition, HKScan has for the first time published the Financial Statement as an XHTML file in accordance with European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. In line with the ESEF requirements, the Group’s primary statements have been labelled with XBRL tags. The ESEF Financial Statement have been verified by the auditor.
