Under Chapter 2, Section 9 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act, we
hereby announce that HK Ruokatalo Group Oyj has received the following
disclosure about changes in ownership.

Julius Baer International Equity Fund's holding in HK Ruokatalo Group
Oyj's share capital has exceeded one twentieth (1/20). Furthermore
Equity Fund's and its parent company, Julius Baer Investment
Management's holding in total have exceeded one tenth (1/10).
