NOTIFICATION UNDER THE SECURITIES MARKETS ACT

Under Chapter 2, Section 9 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act, we
hereby announce that HK Ruokatalo Group Oyj has received the following
disclosures about change in ownership.

Osuuspankkikeskus Osk with its subsidiaries and mutual funds
administrated by OP and Pohjola Treasury companies form a totality in
which share holdings are summed. Osuuspankkikeskus' holding in HK
Ruokatalo Group Oyj’s share capital has exceeded one twentieth (1/20).
