QUOTING OF RAKVERE LIHAKOMBINAAT ON THE TALLINN STOCK EXCHANGE ENDS

Listing committee of the Tallinn Stock Exchange has approved HK
Ruokatalo Group's plan for removing Rakvere Lihakombinaat's share from
the Tallinn Stock Exchange's list. Last trading day is today 29
September 2006. De-listing became actual when HK Ruokatalo Group at
the end of August became sole owner of Rakvere Lihakombinaat. Rakvere
continues as HK Ruokatalo Group's fully-owned subsidiary.
