REDEMPTION OF RAKVERE LIHAKOMBINAAT'S MINORITY SHARES PROCEEDS

On 25 August 2006 Rakvere Lihakombinaat submitted an application to
the Estonian Central Depository of Securities for transferring the
minority shares to HK Ruokatalo Group against fair monetary
compensation (EEK 45.40 or appr. EUR 2.90 per share). The transfer
takes place on or about 31 August 2006. After the transfer HK
Ruokatalo Group owns Rakvere's entire share capital.
