SATURN NORDIC HOLDING INCREASED ITS OWNERSHIP IN SOKOLÓW

Saturn Nordic Holding AB, a joint venture of HK Ruokatalo Oyj and
Danish Crown AmbA, has increased its ownership in Sokolów S.A., a meat
company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Saturn Nordic Holding has today increased its shareholding in Sokolów
by 10.48%. The acquired shares included the remaining lot of Sokolów's
shares equalling 2,499,564 shares, which HK Ruokatalo agreed on May
2004 to purchase from Conrad Jacobson GmbH of Germany. Further
additional 8,000,000 shares were acquired from Lantbrukarnas Ekonomi
Aktiebolag (publ).

Subsequent to the transactions made today, Saturn Nordic Holding AB
has 72.82 per cent of Sokolów's share capital and votes. Sokolów has
issued a total of 100,194,134 million shares.
