SOKOLÓW ENTIRELY INTO FINNISH-DANISH OWNERSHIP

The squeeze-out procedure of minority shares in the Polish meat
company Sokolów has been carried through. Saturn Nordic Holding AB, a
joint venture of HK Ruokatalo Group and Danish Crown, has acquired all
the 8.37 million shares owned by minority shareholders. After the
transaction Saturn Nordic Holding's stake in Sokolów rises from 91.75
per cent to 100 per cent.

In accordance with a decision taken at the General Assembly of Sokolów
on 24 May in Warsaw, an application will be handed over to Polish
public authorities to remove Sokolów's shares from the stock list of
Warsaw Stock Exchange.
