THE TAKEOVER OF RAKVERE LIHAKOMBINAAT'S MINORITY SHARES

The extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of AS Rakvere
Lihakombinaat (Estonia) has today approved the takeover of the 4.26
per cent of the shares of Rakvere Lihakombinaat from the minority
shareholders by HK Ruokatalo Group Oyj against fair monetary
compensation of EEK 45.40 (appr. EUR 2.90) per share. HK Ruokatalo
Group already owns 95.74 per cent of Rakvere Lihakombinaat's share
capital.
