CHANGES IN MANAGEMENT OF HK RUOKATALO'S FINNISH OPERATIONS

As Esa Mäki assumes the post of managing director of HK Ruokatalo Oy,
carrying out operations in Finland, at the beginning of March, Timo
Hietanen, Msc (Food Science) has been appointed senior vice president
of the company's meat business effective 1 March 2007. Mr Hietanen
transfers to his new post from the position of production director in
the meat business. His previous positions include production director
of the Poultry Group. Mr Hietanen has been with HK Ruokatalo since
2002.

Commercial college graduate Kirsi Rantanen has been appointed senior
vice president of management accounting in HK Ruokatalo Oy effective 1
March 2007. Ms Rantanen was previously development director for HK
Ruokatalo's poultry business. She has been with the company since
1993.

The management team of HK Ruokatalo Oy, carrying out operations in
Finland, as of 1 March 2007 comprises Esa Mäki, managing director and
chairman; Antti Lauslahti, executive vice president of commercial and
marketing operations of HK Ruokatalo Oy; Timo Hietanen, senior vice
president, meat business; Pekka Kaikkonen, senior vice president,
processed meat and convenience food business; Jari Leija, senior vice
president, poultry business; Jyrki Sukula, creative director; Kirsi
Rantanen, senior vice president, management accounting; Tero Hemmilä,
managing director of LSO Foods; and Matti Puntila, employee group
representative. Financial administrative assistant Marjukka Hujanen
serves as secretary to the management team.
