Höegh LNG - 2013 Annual General Meeting Notice

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Höegh LNG Holdings Ltd. will be held at Canon's Court, 22 Victoria Street, Hamilton, Bermuda on 22 May 2013 at 16:30 hours.
Please find attached the notice to the meeting with appendices, including form of proxy and attendance slip. The notice with appendices will also be sent by e-mail to those shareholders who have accepted electronic communication and by ordinary mail to other shareholders. The documents will also be made available at the Company's web site www.hoeghlng.com.
