Höegh LNG - Announces Closing of the FSRU Höegh Gallant Transfer to Höegh LNG Partners LP

Höegh LNG Holdings Ltd. ("Höegh LNG" or the "Company") announced today the closing of the FSRU Höegh Gallant transfer to Höegh LNG Partners LP. Please refer to the stock exchange notice of 13 August 2015 for the original announcement of the transfer.
