Höegh LNG : Annual General Meeting Minutes 2016

The Annual General Meeting of Höegh LNG Holdings Ltd. was held on Thursday 26 May 2016, at the premises of Appleby (Bermuda) Limited, Canon's Court, 22 Victoria Street, Hamilton HM 12, Bermuda at 16:00 hours (Bermuda time).

All items on the agenda for the Annual General Meeting were adopted as proposed by the Board of Directors.
