Höegh LNG - Board approval of 2012 financial statements
The Board of Directors of Höegh LNG Holdings Ltd. has approved the financial statements for 2012 for both the group and the parent company. The statements are in accordance with the preliminary financial statements for 2012 published on 15 February 2013.
The Annual Report for 2012 will be published on the company's website and notified to the Oslo Stock Exchange.
The company's Annual General Meeting will be held on 22 May 2013.

Höegh LNG is a provider of floating LNG infrastructure services, offering regasification, transportation and production services under long-term contracts. The company operates a fleet of six LNG transportation vessels and two floating storage and regasification units (FSRUs). In addition, Höegh LNG has four new FSRUs on order and has developed a solution for floating LNG production (FLNG).
