Höegh LNG - Board approval of 2015 annual financial statements

On 30 March 2016, the Board of Directors of Höegh LNG Holdings Ltd. ("Höegh LNG" or the "Group") approved the 2015 annual financial statements prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The statements are in accordance with the preliminary 2015 annual financial statements published on 29 February 2016.The annual report 2015 will be made available on Höegh LNG's web site www.hoeghlng.com in April 2016.

The Group's annual general meeting will be held on 26 May 2016.
