Höegh LNG - BONDHOLDERS' MEETING HELD - PROPOSED AMENDMENTS APPROVED

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement from Höegh LNG Holdings Ltd ("Höegh LNG") on 18 September 2013 concerning the summons to a bondholders' meeting in its HLNG01 bond issue to request certain amendments to the restrictions on the incurrence of capital expenditures contained in the bond agreement for the bonds. The bondholders' meeting has now been held, and the requested amendments were approved by the bondholders as proposed by Höegh LNG in the summons.
