Höegh LNG - Changes to the Board of Directors

Höegh LNG Holdings Ltd. ("Höegh LNG" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Jørgen Kildahl to the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") with effect from 15 September 2015. The Board now consists of eight members.

Morten W. Høegh, Chairman of the Board, said in a statement: "We are delighted that Mr. Kildahl will be joining Höegh LNG's Board. As a member of the Board of Management (Vorstand) of E.ON SE and former Executive Vice President of Statkraft AS, Mr. Kildahl will add valuable utilities and energy industry experience to the Company as we continue to develop our position as the leading provider of floating LNG import infrastructure. The Board looks forward to working with Mr. Kildahl and benefitting from his expertise."

Mr. Kildahl's background
Mr. Jørgen Kildahl has since 2010 been a Member of the Board of Management (Vorstand) in E.ON SE.  He served as an Executive Vice President in Statkraft AS from 1999 to 2010, where he was also part of the Executive Management Board from 2001. Mr. Kildahl has also held positions in a PR consultant group, as fund manager and served at several boards. In his previous positions, Mr. Kildahl has been involved in international business development and leading organisational restructuring and development. Mr. Kildahl holds a M.Sc. degree from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH) in Bergen, is a Chartered Financial Analyst, holds a MBA from NHH and has further concluded the Advanced Management Program (AMP176) at Harvard Business School. Mr. Kildahl is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Germany.
