With reference to the stock exchange notice of Höegh LNG Holdings Ltd. today regarding the completed private placement, the shareholding of Leif Höegh & Co Ltd. has fallen below the 50% disclosure threshold. Leif Höegh & Co Ltd. holds in aggregate 30,907,210 shares and voting rights in Höegh LNG Holdings Ltd., representing an ownership share of 44.37% following Höegh LNG Holdings Ltd. private placement and issuance of 22,641,509 new shares.
