Höegh LNG : Executes 15 month time charter with Naturgy for FSRU #9

Hamilton, Bermuda, 5 September 2018 - Höegh LNG Holdings Ltd. (“Höegh LNG”) has entered into a time charter contract with Naturgy Energy Group S.A (“Naturgy”) for FSRU #9. The time charter commences in December 2018, immediately after the delivery of the unit and a positioning voyage from Hyundai Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. in South Korea, and has a term of 15 months. Under the contract, FSRU #9 will earn a fixed daily charter rate which is in line with the current medium-term market for DFDE LNG carriers.
