Höegh LNG : Management Stock Options Issued - Mandatory notification of trade

Reference is made to stock exchange notice dated 4 February 2014 where Höegh LNG Holdings Ltd. ("Höegh LNG" or the "Company") announced the introduction of a Round 2 of its Stock Option Program for senior management and key employees.


The Board of Directors of Höegh LNG has approved granting 100,000 stock options to Richard Tyrrell, who is a member of Höegh LNG's senior management. The strike price is NOK 47 per share. The options are non-tradable and conditional upon the participant being employed by Höegh LNG or its subsidiaries at the vesting date.


In the stock exchange notice dated 4 February 2014, the vesting dates were referred to as 31 December 2014, 2015 and 2016, respectively. However, all options granted in Round 2, including the 100,000 options now granted, will vest with one third on 31 December 2015, 2016 and 2017, respectively.


After the issuance of new stock options in Round 2, the total number of options issued in Höegh LNG is 2,272,000.
