Höegh LNG Holdings Ltd. ("Höegh LNG", ticker "HLNG") advises that Ragnar Wisløff, Chief Commercial Officer and primary insider, has purchased 170 common units in Höegh LNG Partners LP (NYSE ticker "HMLP"), a company in the Höegh LNG group, at a price of USD 15.7799 per common unit on 22 October 2015 at 12:12 hours New York time.

Following the above transaction, Ragnar Wisløff owns 4,280 common units in HMLP and owns 2,625 shares and 170,000 options in Höegh LNG. In addition, Ragnar Wisløff has ownership interests in Höegh LNG through Methane Ventures Limited.
