Höegh LNG - Mandatory Notification of Trade

Ditlev Wedell-Wedellsborg, Director to the Board and Primary Insider, has purchased 6,210 units in Höegh LNG Partners LP, a company in the Höegh LNG Group, through his wholly owned subsidiary DWW Landbrug Aps on Tuesday 9 December 2014 as per below table.

Following the above transactions, Mr Wedell-Wedellsborg owns 11,800 shares in Höegh LNG Holdings Ltd. through his subsidiary Niki Invest Aps. In addition, Mr Wedell-Wedellsborg owns 3,602 shares in Höegh LNG Holdings Ltd. and 16,210 common units in Höegh LNG Partners LP through DWW Landbrug Aps.
