Reference is made to stock exchange notice 3 October 2013 whereby Höegh LNG Holdings Ltd. ("Höegh LNG" or "Company") advised that Brompton Cross VI Limited, which is indirectly controlled by Leif O. Høegh and a family trust under which Morten W. Høegh is the primary beneficiary, both primary insiders, purchased common shares in Höegh LNG on Oslo Børs.


Brompton Cross VI Limited made further purchases of 4,786 common shares in Höegh LNG as per below table 3 October 2013:

Following the above transactions, Brompton Cross VI Limited holds 30,916 shares in Höegh LNG, representing 0.04% of the shares in issue. The percentage has been calculated based on a total of 69,893,055 shares in issue.


Morten W. Høegh and Leif O. Høegh each owns 2,640 shares in Höegh LNG. Leif Höegh & Co. Ltd., which is indirectly controlled by Leif O. Høegh and a family trust under which Morten W. Høegh is the primary beneficiary, holds a total of 31,027,210 shares in Höegh LNG, representing 44.4% of the shares in the Company.

About Höegh LNG

Höegh LNG is a provider of floating LNG infrastructure services, offering regasification, transportation and production services under long-term contracts.  The company operates a fleet of two floating storage and regasification units (FSRUs) which act as floating LNG import terminals, and six LNG transportation vessels.
