Höegh LNG : Mandatory notification of trade

Hamilton, Bermuda, 20 December 2019 - Höegh LNG Holdings Ltd. ("Höegh LNG") advises that Ragnar Wisløff, Head of Change and Transformation and primary insider, on Friday 20 December 2019 sold 1,514 common units in Höegh LNG Partners LP (“HMLP”) and his related party Fri Agenda AS sold 5,178 common units in HMLP, both at a unit price of USD 15.71.

Following the above transactions, Ragnar Wisløff owns 178,800 stock options in Höegh LNG and 2,667 phantom units in HMLP. His related party Fri Agenda AS owns 23,934 shares in Höegh LNG.
