Höegh LNG - SUCCESSFUL PLACEMENT OF NEW UNSECURED BONDS

Reference is made to the notification sent earlier today 24 September 2012 regarding a potential bond issue by Höegh LNG Holdings Ltd. (HLNG).
HLNG has successfully completed the issuance of a senior unsecured bond issue of NOK 750 million in the Norwegian bond market with maturity date expected to be 3 October 2017. The bond issue will be swapped from NOK to USD and from floating to fixed interest rate.
The bond issue was oversubscribed.
The net proceeds from the bond issue shall be used for general corporate purposes. 
 
An application will be made for the bonds to be listed at Oslo Børs.
DNB Markets, Nordea Markets and SEB Merchant Banking have acted as Joint Lead Managers for the bond issue.
