Höegh LNG - Summons to Bondholders' Meeting

Höegh LNG Holdings Ltd ("Höegh LNG") has today summoned a bondholders' meeting in its HLNG01 bond issue to request certain amendments to the bond agreement in connection with the potential formation of a master limited partnership ("MLP) and the listing of common units in the MLP on a U.S. stock exchange.

Höegh LNG is a provider of floating LNG infrastructure services, offering regasification, transportation and production services under long-term contracts.  The company operates a fleet of four floating storage and regasification units (FSRUs) that act as floating LNG import terminals, and four LNG transportation vessels.
