Höegh LNG - Summons to Bondholders' Meeting

Höegh LNG Holdings Ltd ("Höegh LNG") has today summoned a bondholders' meeting in its HLNG01 bond issue to request certain amendments to the restrictions on the incurrence of capital expenditures contained in the bond agreement for the bonds.
