Höegh LNG: Board approval of 2013 annual financial statements

On 27 March 2014, the Board of Directors of Höegh LNG Holdings Ltd. (the "Company") approved the 2013 annual financial statements prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards. The statements are in accordance with the preliminary 2013 annual financial statements published on 28 February 2014.

An electronic version of the 2013 annual report will be made available in April 2014.

The Company's annual general meeting will be held on 22 May 2014.

About Höegh LNG

Höegh LNG is a provider of floating LNG infrastructure services, offering regasification, transportation and production services under long-term contracts.  The company operates a fleet of two floating storage and regasification units (FSRUs) which act as floating LNG import terminals, and four LNG transportation vessels.
