August 19, 2014 - Höegh LNG Partners LP (the "Partnership") advises that its 2014 Annual Meeting will be held on September 24, 2014.  The record date for voting at the Annual Meeting, at which members of the Board of Directors of the Partnership will be elected, is set to August 29, 2014.  The notice, agenda and associated material will be distributed prior to the meeting.

The 2014 Annual Meeting will be held at 5 Young Street, W8 5EH, London, United Kingdom at 2 p.m. UK time.
