NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER IN HÖGANÄS

Annette Kumlien has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Vice President in Höganäs with over all responsibility for economy and finance. She will be a member of the Senior Executive Management Group.

Annette Kumlien presently is the CFO of Pergo AB, a Swedish based global laminate flooring company. She has previously worked at the chemical company Perstorp AB and the Swedish steel company AB Sandvik Steel.

Annette Kumlien will assume her position during April 2004.
