Notice of Annual General Meeting in Höganäs AB

The shareholders in Höganäs AB are hereby invited to attend the Annual General Meeting to be held on Monday, 2 May 2011 in HB-Hallen, Bruksgatan, Höganäs. The complete notice including agenda and proposals is set forth below and will be published in the Swedish Official Gazette (Sw. Post- och Inrikes Tidningar) on 29 March 2011. An announcement regarding the notice will be published on the same day in Svenska Dagbladet and Helsingborgs Dagblad.

The notice sets forth, inter alia, that the Election Committee proposes new election of Björn Rosengren as Board member in the company. Björn Rosengren (born 1959) is a board member of HTC AB and Danfoss A/S and Senior Executive Vice President and Business Area President for Construction and Mining Technique within Atlas Copco, and will in September 2011 take up the position as Chief Executive Officer in Wärtsilä Corporation.
