Notice of Annual General Meeting in Höganäs AB

The shareholders in Höganäs AB are hereby invited to attend the Annual General Meeting to be held on Monday, 29 April 2013 in HB-Hallen, Bruksgatan, Höganäs. The complete notice including agenda and proposals is set forth below and will be published in the Swedish Official Gazette (Sw. Post- och Inrikes Tidningar) on 28 March 2013. An announcement regarding the notice will be published on the same day in Svenska Dagbladet and Helsingborgs Dagblad.

The notice sets forth, inter alia, the Election Committee’s proposals for election to the Board of Directors and the Board of Directors’ other proposals for the meeting.
