Dates fixed for financial reports and Annual General Meeting in 2006

Holmen’s reporting in 2006 will be as follows: 2 February Year-end Report for 2005 27 April Interim Report, January – March 15 August Interim Report, January – June 8 November Interim Report, January – September The Annual General Meeting will be held on 28 March. The Annual Report for 2005 will be published at the beginning of March and will be distributed to the shareholders by post.
