Holmes Murphy & Associates Purchases Assets from Willis of Colorado
Holmes Murphy & Associates has entered into an agreement with Willis of Colorado, Inc. (d/b/a Willis of Colorado) to purchase certain assets within their construction and surety bond division. The transaction closed May 1, 2015.
Holmes Murphy has opened their new Denver office at 7600 East Orchard Road, Suite 330 South, Greenwood Village, Colo. In addition to surety bond producers, Don Appleby, Todd Bengford, and Mark Sweigart; and construction producers Laura Leovic and Craig Merten, a great team of talent and resources creates the foundation in Denver.
