Correction of Key Performance Indicator (KPI)

Holmström Fastigheter Holding (publ) (”Holmström Fastigheter”) has in previous reports incorrectly calculated property yield for subportfolios as well as the group portfolio as an average of all property yields. As per the upcoming report, the KPI has been adjusted to a weighted average of all property yields for both current and previous periods. In the table below the change of calculation has been illustrated.

The correction has no effect on other KPIs and has no effect on the fair value of the investment properties, nor other financial information.
