Daugirdas Jankus becomes CEO of Hostinger. For the past six years, he was responsible for marketing this group of companies. Arnas Stuopelis, Hostinger’s former CEO for 12 years, will continue as Chairman of the Board.

“Our business is growing steadily globally, and the company culture is strong, so now is a great time for change. I am certain that Daugirdas’ visionary spirit and constant hunger for innovation will drive us towards even more ambitious goals. Daugirdas has already proved his leadership in many ways. The marketing team of nearly 200 professionals he nurtured and led has been instrumental in driving double-digit business growth and opening new markets. As a member of the Board, I will focus more on formulating the long-term vision, strengthening relations with investors, and fostering Hostinger’s unique culture,” says Arnas Stuopelis.

The new CEO, D. Jankus, says that the team at Hostinger, the world’s fastest-growing hosting services company, will continue its mission. To develop IT solutions that enable enterprising people to successfully achieve their goals online: creating e-shops, blogs, and websites showcasing their talents or services.

“By focusing on this, we will continue to grow our business. In my new role, I will strive to get to know our clients even better: I will continue to proactively engage with them, gather their feedback and collaborate with the team to develop products that meet their needs even better. I will also ensure that as our company grows, so do our employees. This will help us stay strong in a global business environment,” a new CEO states.

Daugirdas Jankus holds a Master’s degree in international marketing and management and has over 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development.

Following the change in management at Hostinger, Kristina Strimaitė assumed the role of Chief Marketing Officer. Up until this point, she had been serving as the Head of Country Marketing, overseeing the company's growth in strategic markets. Prior to that, she had been part of the Hostinger group of companies for over four years.

Hostinger was founded in Lithuania in 2004. It employs almost 1,000 people. In 2023, UAB Hostinger was transformed into a holding company. The activities were transferred to the newly established subsidiary UAB Hostinger Operations, which Jankus will head.

In 2022, Hostinger’s consolidated sales revenue increased by 64% year-over-year to €69.6 million. Hostinger ended last year with more than 1.53 million users in over 150 countries. Total billings from subscriptions increased by 57% year-over-year to €86.1 million.

India, Brazil, Indonesia, the United States, and France were Hostinger's largest markets last year in terms of active users. The United Kingdom, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, and Spain rounded out the top ten.

Hostinger has been ranked among the fastest-growing companies in Europe for four consecutive years in the Financial Times' annual FT 1000 list.
