Housing 21 appoints new Director of Finance

Housing 21 has appointed a new Director of Finance. Paul Weston joined the leading provider of housing, care and health services for older people on 1 August. 

Paul, who has 25 years experience in finance, previously worked for The Allied Healthcare Group until January 2012 as Chief Financial Officer. Since then he has been the Interim Chief Financial Officer for The Home Group, a large national social housing and supported living provider headquartered out of the North East. Prior to joining Allied Healthcare he was a Group Financial controller at SSL International plc, a worldwide manufacturer and distributor of healthcare and consumer brands.

Commenting on Paul’s appointmentPushpa Raguvaran, Chief Executive of Housing 21 said: “We are delighted to have Paul join the executive team at Housing 21. He brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge in commercial and financial management.”

A qualified chartered accountant, Paul holds a degree in industrial economics. He lives in Staffordshire and in his spare time enjoys extensive travel, racquet sports, country pursuits and charity fundraising but is mainly occupied by three young daughters.
