Housing 21 is a leading social enterprise promoting choice and independence for older people through a range of care, health and housing solutions. We provide individually tailored solutions spanning housing, care, support, dementia and other services. Our service users have a wide range of care needs, including physical or learning disabilities, sensory impairment and mental health conditions. Our vision is a life of choice for older people.
