300 CEOs participated to explore the role of the modern leader in CEO Forum
For the 6th time, Howwe Technologies invited their network of CEOs from a wide range of industries in Sweden and abroad to explore different aspects of leadership, transformation, and acceleration of financial growth. The theme for the fall edition of the CEO Forum was “Pick your path – Accelerated growth and the role of the modern CEO”.
In a live broadcast from Grand Hôtel in the center of Stockholm, over 300 CEOs and C-level executives took part and gained experience and insight about modern leadership and its importance for the creation of acceleration of growth from a panel of CEOs and senior leaders in the CEO Forum.
Several strong brands were represented in the panel. Kajsa Hedberg, CEO of St1 Biogas, Jonas Hernborg, CEO of Elitfönster, and Klas Tockling, Vice President of Caverion Sweden, generously shared their view on what being a modern leader entail.
The panel of CEOs dived deep into the role of the modern CEO and the senior management team and explored why alignment and commitment in an organization start with leadership. The panel also shared their experiences of using tools like Howwe to facilitate their role as a CEO, in overcoming challenges, and to create growth.
Another appreciated contribution to the forum was video interviews with selected senior leaders. Andreas Larsson, Group CFO of Kährs and Micael Broström, Sales & Marketing Director of Elitfönster.
What is important in the decision-making process within management teams to make necessary changes in time? What are the inner workings of highly effective management teams to focus and prioritize their own time? Why is aligning and implementing change across all layers of the organization is so difficult?
