New issue of shares in HQ.SE fully subscribed

New issue of shares in HQ.SE fully subscribed In accordance with the decision taken by the extraordinary general meeting held on October 10, 2000, a preferential issue of shares in HQ.SE Holding AB on the terms 1:2 at SEK 25 per share has been realized. The subscription period was closed recently and the new issue of shares was fully subscribed. HQ.SE will thereby be supplied with MSEK 161 before costs. A total number of 6,424,857 shares have been issued in the new issue of shares. In addition a further 1,377,000 shares have been issued in an issue in kind. The issues of shares have been realised in order to finance HQ.SE's acquisition of Aktiespar Fondkommission. After the issues the number of outstanding shares amounts to 20,989,571.
