LEADING HR BUSINESS SEES CHANGE AT THE TOP

Leading HR and employment support company HR4UK (wwwhr4uk.com) has promoted its operations director to the post of managing director as it continues to build on its 35 year track record.

From employment contracts written on typewriters to moving to ‘the cloud’, HR4UK’s founder and managing director Peter Abraham has helped employers to produce more than one million contracts of employment over the past 35 years!

Peter’s hard work led the Hinckley-based business to become a leading service provider in its field. Now he has passed the mantle of managing director to Angela Clay and moved into the support position of founder director.

Angela joined HR4UK just three years ago and quickly rose to become operations director. Being a qualified employment law solicitor, she has overseen the changes needed by employers so that they save both time and money when responding to the new employment tribunals procedures.

Over the previous 15 years, Angela has worked for law firms such as Tollers and Baker & Mackenzie, having moved from South Africa in 1998. Her legal background has enabled HR4UK to expand the services it offers to its client-base of SMEs and her organisational and leadership skills led to her appointment as managing director.

Angela commented:

“I am delighted to take on the leadership of HR4UK and to be able to build on Peter Abraham’s achievements in establishing it as a major player in business HR services.

“My vision for the future includes expanding the help we provide to clients even further in the areas of workplace pensions and staff motivation, capitalising on the agreement we have with HM Revenue & Customs. With both of these areas so administratively time consuming, I am looking forward to leading HR4UK to continue make them even easier for small employers to manage.”
